What we need...

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our highly motivated team and help build our next generation of financing platforms for entrepreneurs. As part of a team of ten engineers, you will participate to the technical architecture, processes, and practices of Silvr's data engineering team.

What you’ll do...

As our Senior Data Engineer you will be involved in projects of various scope and complexity:

* Architect our data pipelines and overall data platform
* Design and maintain the overall schema of our datewarehouse
* Maintain a high standard on data quality putting in place processes and advocating for best practices
* Own the vision and scalability of our data infrastructure
* Develop and advise on best practices to bring data science algorithms
* Mentor our data analysts, scientists and engineers on everything related to data engineering

 Technology stack:

* Infrastructure: Kubernetes on Google Cloud, Github actions for CI/CD.
* Backend: Python (Django / FastAPI)
* Frontend: AlpineJs, TailwindCSS
* Data: PostgreSQL, Redis, Airflow, Pub/Sub, BigQuery

What you have…

* You have minimum of 4+ years of experience in data engineering

* You are proficient in Python and SQL

* You are a problem solver with a strong analytical mindset

* You have a strong written communication skills (English)

 Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with cloud or on-prem Big Data platform (Google BigQuery)
* Experience with SQL performance tuning and E2E process optimization.
* Experience with notebook-based Data Science workflow.
* Experience with Airflow.
